4. ORDERING PROCESS

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us

  • You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., candles, fragrances)




8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In addition to your statutory rights, returns are handled as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.



9. LEGAL GUARANTEE (CONFORMITY OF GOODS)
